What counts as one class?
Each booking of an eligible timetable class uses one credit from your monthly allowance. Reformer, specialist programmes, workshops, retreats and events are separate unless we say otherwise.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Monthly membership credits refresh on your renewal date, and any you haven't used expire at the end of that billing period. Class Pack credits last for the period shown on the pack.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Rolling memberships renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel any time before your next renewal. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
What is the cancellation policy for a class?
Cancel at least 24 hours before your class starts and the credit comes straight back to your account. Later than that, or a no-show, and the credit is used.
What makes the founding offers different?
Founding 50 and MUMA + MEIMEI are limited to 50 and 20 places. You pay a reduced introductory rate for your first month, then your founding monthly price — and that founding price is locked in for life for as long as your membership runs continuously. Once the places are gone, the founding memberships close and new members join with class credits instead.
What if the founding memberships are sold out?
No problem — everyone can buy class credits at any time. You choose a credit pack, then spend the credits on whatever classes suit you. There's no monthly commitment and no lock-in.
