What We Believe

Come for the movement. Stay for the people.

I built Reignite because I know what movement and good people can do for a woman who's struggling not fix her, support her. And here's the thing nobody tells you about coming back to yourself: it's meant to be fun.

Why we're here

We're here for the coming back and we think it should feel good.

We're not here to make anyone smaller, faster, or more disciplined. We're here for the laughing in our classes. The chat that carries on in the car park. The woman who came alone and left with three numbers in her phone.

What drives us

Seven things we hold to

The values that shape every class, every decision, and every woman who walks through the door.

01

You'll be known here

When you've been through something and come out the other side, you learn how much it matters just to be known by someone. That's what I want this place to be — somewhere you're known, not processed.

02

It's allowed to be fun

Wellness got very serious somewhere along the way. We're bringing back the fun — the girls' nights, the events, the dancing badly to the warm-up playlist. Feeling good in your body should make you smile.

03

Nobody is priced out

Cost shouldn't stop a woman walking through the door. Our funded access programmes are built into how the business works, not added on when there's spare money. We create as many places as we can.

04

Mothers don't have to choose

No mum should have to choose between her mental health, her physical health, and her baby. So bring them. They're welcome in the room, not a distraction from it.

05

We catch girls early

Confidence built at 14 is very different to confidence rebuilt at 40. Our teen programme exists so young women don't have to spend their thirties finding their way back.

06

Everything gives back

Every class and every event contributes to Southmead's Neonatal Unit — the unit that fought for my son. They're the reason Reignite exists. Giving back was never a question.

07

You arrive as you are

No explaining yourself. No performing. No getting yourself together first. Just come — on your best day or your hardest, you're welcome exactly as you are.

We're here for the coming back and we think it should feel good.

This is the place

Come for the movement. Stay for the people.

Find a class, or come and see what we mean in person.
