Why Reignite Exists
I never planned to build this
I lost a son. I watched my second fight for his life at 24 weeks in Southmead's Neonatal Unit.
It isn't something I talk about lightly.
24 weeks is early. You sit beside an incubator not knowing which way it's going to go. Then you come home, and you're expected to just carry on.
That's the gap Reignite exists in.
It changed everything about how I see wellness — not as something extra, but as something that can hold you together when everything else is falling apart.
Wellness isn't a luxury. It's a lifeline. And no mum should have to choose between her mental health, her physical health, and her baby.
I looked for a place that understood that. I couldn't find one.
So I built it.
Community and movement brought me back to myself. That's what I'm creating a movement.

For the woman who's still surviving instead of living
For the mum who hasn't had a moment to herself in months. For the woman rebuilding after loss, after burnout, after becoming someone she doesn't recognise. For the girl who deserves to build her confidence early, rather than rebuild it at forty.
I built it for them. And honestly I built it for me too.
Pain into purpose.
What we stand for
This is only the beginning
Healing, strength and belonging can live in the same room.
