Membership, PAYG & Class Pack Terms

These terms cover how memberships, pay-as-you-go bookings and Class Packs work at Reignite Movement — what is included, how credits behave, and how to cancel.

Last updated: September 2026. Questions about this policy? Email info@reignitemovement.co.uk.

In short: the 24-hour class cancellation policy applies • monthly membership credits do not roll over • Class Packs expire according to their stated validity • monthly memberships renew automatically until cancelled.

1. Reignite Classes

Reignite Classes may include eligible Pilates, Yoga, Strength, Dance, Movement and selected regular MUMA / Mum + Baby timetable classes. Reformer, Reformer MUMA, specialist programmes, workshops, retreats, events, guest or premium experiences are separate unless expressly stated.

2. Pay as you go

Current baseline prices are £14 PAYG for an eligible Reignite Class and £22 PAYG for Reformer, unless a different price is clearly displayed for the service.

3. Rolling monthly memberships

  • •Reignite 5 — £59/month — 5 eligible Reignite Class credits.
  • •Reignite 10 — £109/month — 10 eligible Reignite Class credits.
  • •Reignite MORE — £179/month — 20 eligible Reignite Class credits.
  • •Reignite Family — £139/month — 14 shared eligible credits for the registered household, subject to booking-system support and eligibility rules.
  • •MUMA + MEIMEI — £59/month — 4 eligible MUMA + MEIMEI classes plus the stated membership benefit(s), including one acai bowl per month where offered.

Credits refresh on the monthly renewal date. Unless expressly stated otherwise, unused monthly credits expire at the end of the relevant billing period and do not roll over, have no cash value and cannot be resold.

4. Reignite Family

Family credits are for the registered household only and cannot be gifted, transferred or resold outside that household. Eligible classes are those identified by Reignite. Reformer, Reformer MUMA, specialist programmes, workshops, retreats, events and premium or specialist experiences are excluded unless specifically stated.

5. Class Packs

  • •5 Class Pack — valid for 1 month from purchase.
  • •10 Class Pack — valid for 1 month from purchase.
  • •20 Class Pack — valid for 2 months from purchase.

All sessions must be attended within the stated validity period. Unused credits expire and are not normally transferable or exchangeable for cash. A timely class cancellation returns the eligible credit but does not restart or extend its original expiry.

6. Founding and introductory offers

Founding or introductory offers are limited offers subject to the specific price, availability and eligibility displayed at purchase. Founding status may be conditional on continuous membership. If a Founding membership is cancelled, Founding price, status and benefits may be lost, and any future rejoining will be at the then-current offer unless Reignite expressly agrees otherwise.

Where a Founding introductory price is intended to convert to a recurring membership, the checkout will clearly display the first payment, the subsequent recurring price and its timing before you purchase.

7. Class cancellations and no-shows

The separate Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy forms part of these terms. The standard class cancellation window is 24 hours.

8. Membership cancellation

Rolling memberships continue and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel your rolling monthly membership at any time before your next scheduled renewal payment. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period, and once cancellation has been processed no further membership renewal payment will be taken.

To avoid the next renewal payment, the cancellation request must be submitted before that renewal is processed. Cancelling does not normally create a refund for a billing period that has already been paid for, subject always to statutory rights. Remaining eligible credits may be used until the end of the final paid billing period and then expire in accordance with the membership rules.

9. Failed payments

If a recurring payment fails, Reignite may pause membership benefits and bookings, retry payment, request updated payment details and, where payment remains outstanding, cancel the membership in accordance with the applicable terms.

10. Changes

Reignite may make reasonable changes to timetables, instructors, services, prices and these terms. Material changes affecting an existing recurring membership will be communicated appropriately and applied consistently with applicable consumer law.

11. Statutory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
