Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy
The rules that apply when booking Reignite Movement classes, including Reformer, using PAYG, membership credits or Class Pack credits.
Last updated: September 2026. Questions about this policy? Email info@reignitemovement.co.uk.
Cancel at least 24 hours before your class starts and your credit comes back to your account. Later than that, or a no-show, and the credit is used.
1. Booking
All places are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed when it appears as confirmed in the Reignite booking system. Please check the class type, date and time before booking.
2. The 24-hour cancellation policy
To retain an eligible class credit, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled class start time.
- •Cancellation 24 hours or more before class: the eligible credit is returned to your account, subject to its original expiry date.
- •Cancellation less than 24 hours before class: treated as a late cancellation and the credit is forfeited.
- •No-show: the credit or PAYG payment is forfeited.
PAYG late cancellations and no-shows are not normally refundable, subject always to statutory rights.
3. Returned credits and expiry
A returned credit keeps its original validity. Cancelling a class does not restart, extend or create a new expiry period for a membership or Class Pack credit.
4. Late arrival
Please arrive around 10 minutes before class. Late entry may be refused once a class has begun, particularly for Reformer or equipment-based sessions where an essential setup or safety briefing has been missed. If entry is refused because of lateness, the booking is treated as a missed session.
5. Waitlists
Where a class is full, a waitlist may be available. Our waitlist process is configured so that you are not unfairly penalised where a place is confirmed too late for you to have had a reasonable opportunity to comply with the normal 24-hour cancellation window.
6. If Reignite cancels or materially reschedules a class
If Reignite cancels a class, you will not lose the eligible credit. We may return the credit, arrange a transfer or provide an appropriate refund depending on the original purchase and the circumstances. Where a returned credit would otherwise expire before it can reasonably be used because of our cancellation, we may extend it.
7. Instructor changes
Reignite may substitute an appropriately qualified instructor without treating the class as cancelled.
8. Exceptional circumstances
We consider exceptional circumstances case by case as a gesture of goodwill. A previous exception does not create an entitlement to future exceptions.
9. Refunds
Subject to statutory rights, purchases are generally not refundable merely because you change your mind after the applicable cancellation period or miss the relevant cancellation window. Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
