Behaviour, Complaints & Disciplinary Policy

We ask all children and young people to listen to instructors, be kind to others, respect equipment and spaces, and let an adult know if they need help or feel unsafe.

Bullying, discrimination or unkind behaviour is not tolerated. If it happens, we address it immediately, support anyone affected, and work with parents or guardians to put things right.

If you have a concern about a session, an instructor or another child, please speak to the instructor in person or contact info@reignitemovement.co.uk. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and respond within 10 working days.

In rare cases where behaviour seriously affects safety or the experience of others, we may ask a child not to attend for a period. We will always discuss this with parents or guardians first and refund any unused fees on a pro-rata basis.
