We collect only the information we need to keep children safe and to run their sessions well.
What we collect
We may collect a child’s name, date of birth, emergency contact details, medical or access needs, and consent information. We only collect this from a parent or guardian with parental responsibility.
How we use it
Information is used to register attendance, manage bookings, respond to emergencies, meet safeguarding obligations, and communicate with parents and guardians about the sessions their child attends.
Who can see it
Access is limited to authorised Reignite staff and instructors who need it to run sessions safely. We do not share children’s data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights
Parents and guardians can ask to see the data we hold, correct anything inaccurate, or request deletion where appropriate by contacting info@reignitemovement.co.uk.
