Photography, Video & Filming Consent
We respect your child’s privacy. We will only photograph or film children when a parent or guardian has given clear consent.
What we ask for
When you register a child for a class or programme, we ask whether you consent to photography and filming. You can say yes to some uses and no to others, or decline altogether.
How images may be used

- •Printed materials such as posters and flyers
- •Press and media coverage with specific permission
- •Internal training and safeguarding records
Storage and retention
Images are stored securely and kept only for as long as the consent remains valid. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us and we will remove or stop using the relevant images promptly.
Phones and personal devices
We ask that parents and visitors do not photograph or film other people’s children without permission. Instructors use only Reignite-approved devices for any official photography.
