Community Guidelines
How we look after each other in the Strong Muma Club community, circles and online check-ins.
Draft for review before launch. Questions? Email info@reignitemovement.co.uk.
Who the community is for
The Strong Muma Club community is for adults (18+). It is peer support and personal development. It is not therapy, counselling, medical advice or emergency mental-health support.
If you need urgent help
If you or someone else is in danger, call 999. For urgent mental-health support call NHS 111 (option 2), contact your GP, or text SHOUT to 85258. Samaritans are available 24/7 on 116 123.
Our circle agreement
- •Be kind. Listen without judgement and without fixing.
- •What is shared in the circle stays in the circle.
- •Share only what you are comfortable sharing. Cameras and speaking are always optional online.
- •No selling, recruiting or unsolicited advice.
- •No photos, screenshots or recordings of other members without their clear permission. Sessions are not recorded.
- •Respect each other's privacy: don't share other members' details outside the club.
Safeguarding and concerns
If you are worried about yourself or another member, speak to the facilitator or email us. Facilitators may pause or end a conversation, or remove someone from a session, to keep the space safe. Serious concerns are escalated under our safeguarding procedure.
Breaking the guidelines
We may remove content, or suspend or end access to community areas, if these guidelines are broken. Any paid membership would be handled in line with the membership terms and your statutory rights.
