Community Interest Statement
Reignite Movement operates as two connected organisations so that heart and commerce can each do what they do best. This statement explains the structure and where the money goes.
Two organisations, one purpose
Reignite Movement Ltd is our commercial wellness and movement centre — classes, memberships, events, retreats and corporate wellness. Reignite Movement CIC is our community interest company, legally dedicated to community benefit.
What the CIC does
The CIC funds subsidised and free access through the Open Door Fund, our Fourth Trimester programme, and classes for teenage girls — using grants, donations, and support from the Ltd side. As a community interest company it is subject to an asset lock, meaning its assets and profits are dedicated to community benefit.
Where your money goes
The Ltd earns the money. The CIC makes sure some of it reaches the women who need it most. Every class and event also contributes to Southmead's Neonatal Unit — the unit that fought for our founder's son.
Our promise on transparency
We will report openly on our impact, and publish our first annual impact figures once we have been trading for a full year.
