Complaints & Concerns
We want Reignite to be a place you trust. If something has not been right, we would genuinely like to know so we can put it right and do better.

How to raise a concern
Please contact info@reignitemovement.co.uk with your name, contact details, what happened, when it happened and the outcome you are seeking.

How Reignite will handle it
- 1Acknowledge and record the complaint.
- 2Review relevant information fairly and proportionately.
- 3Escalate safety, safeguarding, discrimination, data protection or serious conduct matters to the appropriate lead.
- 4Provide an outcome and any appropriate next step.
- 5Use complaints to identify service or operational improvements.
Confidentiality
Information will be shared only as reasonably necessary to investigate, respond, comply with legal duties or protect people from harm.
