What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work, remember your preferences, and help us understand how the site is used. Some websites also use similar technologies such as local storage and tracking pixels, and this policy covers those too.

These keep the website and your account working and cannot be switched off.

  • •reignite_cookie_consent (browser local storage, Reignite) — remembers your cookie choices so we do not ask again. Until you clear it.
  • •Stripe (checkout and payment pages, Stripe Inc.) — fraud prevention and completing payments securely. Set when you go through checkout.
  • •Reignite session and security tokens — protect forms against cross-site request forgery. Session length.

Analytics

Only set where enabled and after you have given consent. They help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.

  • •_ga and _ga_* (Google Analytics 4, Google) — distinguishes visitors and measures site usage. Up to 2 years.
  • •Google Tag Manager (Google) — loads and manages the tags above. No cookie of its own.

Advertising

Only set where a campaign is running and after you have given consent.

  • •_fbp (Meta Pixel, Meta) — measures the effectiveness of our advertising. Up to 3 months.
  • •_ttp (TikTok Pixel, TikTok) — advertising measurement. Up to 13 months.

Managing cookies

When you first visit, our cookie banner lets you accept all cookies, reject everything non-essential, or choose category by category. Analytics and advertising technologies are not loaded at all until you allow them.

You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of any page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
