Workshops, Programmes, Events & Retreats Terms

These terms apply where Reignite sells a workshop, fixed-term programme, event, retreat, collaboration or other experience that is stated to have separate booking terms.

Last updated: September 2026. Questions about this policy? Email info@reignitemovement.co.uk.

The normal 24-hour class cancellation policy does not automatically apply to these products. Always check the cancellation terms shown on the specific product page.

Booking and payment

The product page or checkout will clearly state the price, what is included, the date, time and location, any payment schedule, the cancellation terms and any eligibility or health requirements before you purchase.

Customer cancellation

Because we commit venue, instructor, catering, partner or equipment costs in advance, each event and programme displays its own cancellation and refund schedule. Any restriction remains subject to statutory rights and any mandatory cancellation rights that apply to the particular contract.

Fixed-term programmes

Where a programme is sold as a block of sessions, missed sessions are not automatically converted to ordinary class credits or refunded. Any catch-up, transfer or recording arrangement is stated on the product page. If Reignite cancels a programme session, we will provide an appropriate replacement, credit or refund for the affected service.

Transfers

A place may be transferable only where Reignite agrees and the replacement participant satisfies relevant health, age, eligibility and registration requirements.

Changes by Reignite

We may make reasonable instructor, schedule or content changes. If a material change means the service can no longer reasonably be provided as purchased, we will offer an appropriate remedy.

Collaborations

Where another provider delivers part of an experience, the checkout identifies the organiser or seller and any material partner terms.

Retreats

For retreats, the sales page separately states travel and accommodation responsibility, insurance expectations, the dietary and allergy process, minimum numbers, cancellation by the organiser, the customer cancellation schedule, and any third-party supplier terms. These details are finalised for each retreat rather than assumed by this general policy.

Behaviour

We want everyone to feel safe and welcome. We may ask someone to leave an event or retreat, without refund, if their behaviour puts others at risk or seriously affects the experience.
