Funded Places Policy

How funded and subsidised places at Reignite Movement work, who they are for, and how we allocate them fairly.

Last updated: September 2026. Questions about this policy? Email info@reignitemovement.co.uk.

What funded places are

Through our CIC and the Open Door Fund, we offer free and subsidised places so that cost is never the reason a woman cannot take part. This includes the Open Door Fund, the Fourth Trimester programme, and places on our Teen Girls' programme.

Who they are for

Funded places are for anyone facing financial hardship who wants to be part of Reignite. There is no lengthy process and no requirement to prove your circumstances in public.

How to apply

Applications are made through a short, private form. We respond quietly and quickly. Nobody in a class will know whether someone is attending on a funded place.

How we allocate places

The number of places we can offer depends on the grants and donations we secure, so places are limited and there may be a wait. We allocate fairly, prioritising need, and we are always working to grow the fund so we can help more people.

Supporting the fund

If you would like to fund a place for someone else, or your business would like to sponsor places, please get in touch at info@reignitemovement.co.uk.
