Why we use it
To administer requested services, assess and support participation, make appropriate adaptations, respond to emergencies, protect participants and meet relevant legal and insurance obligations.
Lawful processing
Health data is special-category personal data. We must identify an Article 6 lawful basis and a separate Article 9 condition. Where we rely on explicit consent for health data, that consent is requested separately and must be specific, informed and affirmative.
Access and sharing
Access is restricted to people who need the information for the relevant purpose. We do not use health information for unrelated marketing. Information may be shared where necessary in an emergency, where required by law, or with appropriate service providers acting under suitable arrangements.
Your choices and rights
Please keep your information current. You can contact us regarding access, correction and other applicable data-protection rights. Where consent is the basis relied upon, consent can be withdrawn, although we may be unable to provide a service where the information is genuinely necessary for safe delivery.
