Policies & Legal
Photography, Video & Social Media
Reignite may create photographs or video at selected classes, events or launches. Identifiable promotional use is always managed through appropriate notice and consent.

Adults
Where consent is relied on for identifiable promotional photography or video, it is optional and recorded. Choosing not to consent will not prevent you from accessing an ordinary class or service, unless filming is genuinely integral to a separately advertised production or event.
Children and young people
Parent or guardian consent for photography and video is obtained separately for promotional use involving children. We take particular care with names, location details and other identifying information. Safeguarding considerations override promotional interests.
In-class filming
Customers must not photograph or film other participants, children or instructors without permission. Reignite may restrict filming completely in certain sessions.
Withdrawing consent
Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw consent for future use. We will stop new consent-based use as soon as reasonably practicable. Withdrawal cannot always remove material already lawfully printed or distributed, but we will consider reasonable steps for digital material under our control.
Separate consent
Photography and video consent is never bundled into general terms, health consent or marketing consent.
